The team, led by Sandra, the manager, who will serve and guide you like no one else, and Ana, the chef, who will make you savor and enjoy those nostalgic flavors, brings together over 30 years of experience in gastronomy.
Both have worked in renowned restaurants in cities like Barcelona and Madrid, which is why their ideas and culinary expertise go beyond the ordinary. Their extensive experience in diverse kitchens makes Sí o Que truly unique.
Our philosophy is rooted in creativity and authenticity, aiming to highlight the true flavor of each ingredient while creating a welcoming atmosphere.

A gem in Campello. We ate very well and enjoyed delicious food. The highlights were the braised oxtail bao, the special duck ham bao, and the burrata salad. The owner was lovely and made sure nothing was missing. If you’re into desserts, the cheesecake is simply amazing. The quality/price ratio is a 10. Highly recommended 100%.
